The opening unleashes a smoky, herbaceous blend of bergamot, rosemary, and violet leaves, immediately evoking a brooding, complex presence. It’s aromatic, slightly green, and already hints at the tension between brightness and shadow.

At the heart, orris (iris) takes center stage, surrounded by amber, labdanum, myrrh, vanilla, and frankincense. This combination is deep and resinous but softened by the powdery smoothness of orris, which mellows the aggressive edges found in the original Interlude.
